Two Hearts Supportive Care was born from a profound personal calling. After years of caring for her own family and navigating the complexities of the home care system, Shafeequah Connor recognized a vital need for a more compassionate, heart-centered approach.
Having walked this path herself, Shafeequah saw firsthand the challenges families face when seeking quality care. She knew there was a better way—one where care is more than just a service; it is a genuine connection.
